The walk starts in Chablis and finishes in the South of Champagne. We visit the unknown part of Champagne : l'Aube. Here in the villages, the clocks seem to have stopped a long time ago. Traditionnally, the people sold the grapes to the champagne houses in the North. Nowadays, they are all making their own Champagne. Lots of small growers. We stay at Les Riceys and walk in the vineyards covering the hills and valleys.
In Chablis, we follow the river Serein to the surrounding villages to taste and understand the differences between the Petit Chablis, the Chablis and the Premier and Grand Cru.
